  1. Fixed: Bug causing JavaScript alert to appear when selecting items from large-list popup menus.
  2. Fixed: Ticket reports using pie charts now combine all slices less than 5% into a single "Other" slice, if there are at least three such slices.
  3. Fixed: HTML e-mail other than ticket correspondence (e.g., account creation, password resetting, etc.) is no longer embedded in a <small> tag, which made it unreadably small in certain mail clients.
  4. Fixed: Display of negative Location Time Block remaining time.
  5. Fixed: Child assets with multiple parents no longer throw a validation error if Location is a required field.
  6. Added: New "On-Time Status" category for Ticket and Billing Reports. Can be used to determine whether SLAs have been met.
  7. Added: "Show Cost to Admin" option in Location and Departments. When disabled, Location/Department Admin Contacts can no longer see ticket costs or download invoice PDFs from their History view.
