  1. Added: Admin specific message when the e-mail daemon times out checking your helpdesk mailbox. Mail check is then delayed for 15 minutes, or until you update the e-mail receiving prefs with a valid connection.
  2. Added: Searching on multiple department and department groups in the Advanced Ticket Search panel.
  3. Added: Ticket and Asset bulk actions add a history entry naming the action when run.
  4. Added: PO Date and Vendor info next to the linked PO Number in Asset Details.
  5. Added: Option to mark client accounts deleted from LDAP as "inactive" WHD accounts.
  6. Added: Option to search by client user name in Tickets Advanced Search.
  7. Fixed: Incorrect Name/E-Mail labels in Ticket Client Info tab.
  8. Fixed: File upload problems in Assets and POs.
  9. Fixed: Transient validation error when saving a ticket with required custom field value.
  10. Fixed: Bug preventing importer panels from responding to setting changes under certain configurations.
  11. Fixed: Bug preventing WebObjects Monitor deployments from editing daemon log levels. (Log levels are edited using http://localhost/cgi-bin/WebObjects/WHDReminderDaemon.woa/wa/Loggers.)
