  1. Added: New options to enable techs to request e-mail notifications for various events even if corresponding notifications are disabled for the tech group level.
  2. Added: Individual techs now determine for themselves whether they will receive e-mail notifications of reassigned or escalated tickets.
  3. Added: Option to make Save & E-Mail the default button in the ticket editor.
  4. Added: Tech LDAP status column in tech list. (Appears only when one or more LDAP Connections are defined.)
  5. Added: Option to override the default tax rates for each location.
  6. Added: New Recent Tickets page in Home tab.
  7. Added: HTML formatting is now supported for all e-mail messages (i.e., new account, forgotten password, etc.). Formatting is specified using BBCode.
  8. Added: Google map link for locations displayed in "Client Info" tab of tickets.
  9. Added: Client attachments displayed in the "Client Info" tab of tickets.
  10. Fixed: Bug causing occasional exceptions when applying bulk actions or quick tickets.
  11. Fixed: Labor line item sorting in Ticket Parts & Billing and Invoice matches sort option selected for tech notes.
  12. Fixed: Problem using a Tech Note date override on a new note.
  13. Fixed: Deleted tickets with service time are no longer counted against time blocks.
  14. Fixed: E-Mail Report problem type now allows the selection of custom fields like any other problem type.
  15. Fixed: Techs without Client edit permission are no longer able to download the Client TSV file.
  16. Fixed: Tasks assigned to a tech who is on vacation use the assigned backup.
