  1. Fixed: Bug causing work time to not subtract from Location Service Time blocks.
  2. Fixed: Tickets with an assigned Tech that has been deleted will display the deleted tech in the popup menu instead of an empty selection.
  3. Added: "Inactive" option for Tech and Clients. Inactive accounts cannot login and inactive Techs do not count against your licensed seat count.
  4. Added: Billing Report now separates regular labor from travel labor.
  5. Added: Option to enter work time as points rather than minutes. (See Preferences > Billing > Billing Options > Enter Work Time As.)
