  1. Fixed: Restored support for Unicode in PDFs. (arialuni.ttf must still be installed as specified in README.txt.)
  2. Fixed: Report Groups panel now renders correctly.
  3. Added: Support for a 'lang' query parameter in URLs to force usage of a certain language. (E.g., http://helpdesk.mycompany.com:8081/helpdesk/WebObjects/Helpdesk.woa?lang=es will force usage of the CustomLabels_es.properties file. See FAQ 9 for more information on configuring custom labels.
  4. Added: Invoice tech notes are now sorted as specified in Preferences > Tickets > Ticket Options > Note and History Sorting.
  5. Added: Notes are now sorted according to their current date setting, rather than the date they were given at creation.
